Walk Hike Run Days 28~31

Walked hiked and runned ALL over town. Breathing this week. Listening to my body. Getting in some movement each day. Some days not at WHR focused more than others. But the most important this is to listen to your body this time of year.
When the days are shorter our bodies want to do less moving and sleep more. Yet we race race race around like mad men. It's okay to slow down. Rest when you need rest. Move when you need to move and make the most of each day.
